Welcome to Dream Drive, a brand of luxury car showroom. By engaging in a vehicle purchase or booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies apply to all sales of second-hand luxury and standard cars conducted by our dealership.

Booking & Advance Payment Terms

1. Non-Refundable Token Amount:

A booking advance (token amount) paid to reserve a vehicle is non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Vehicle Holding Period:

We will hold the selected car for up to 30 days after receipt of the advance. If full payment is not made within this period, the booking will be canceled without further notice.

3. Inspection Before Booking:

Buyers are encouraged to inspect and test-drive the vehicle before making any advance payment. Once the token is paid, it will be assumed that the buyer is satisfied with the vehicle's condition.

4. Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the buyer, the advance amount will be forfeited.

5. Modes of Payment:

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, and debit/credit card. Cash payments above ₹[amount as per regulations] will not be accepted as per government guidelines.

Final Sale Terms

1. "Sold As Is" Policy:

All vehicles are sold on an "as is, where is" basis. The buyer accepts the current condition of the vehicle at the time of sale.

2. No Warranty Unless Stated:

Unless explicitly mentioned, no warranty is provided on engine, gearbox, electricals, or other parts after delivery.

3. Vehicle History Disclosure:

We share known vehicle history (accidents, insurance claims, ownership records) to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own verification.

4. Payment Completion:

The full and final amount must be paid before vehicle delivery. Ownership and insurance papers will be handed over only after payment confirmation.

5. RC Transfer Assistance:

We assist with RC/ownership transfer. Any RTO or service charges involved will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Insurance Responsibility:

It is the buyer's responsibility to transfer, renew, or initiate a fresh insurance policy post-purchase.

7. No Exchange / Return Policy:

Once the vehicle is sold and delivered, it is considered final. We do not entertain returns, exchanges, or buy-backs.

8. Legal Status of Vehicle:

All vehicles sold are free of any known legal or financial liabilities at the time of sale.

9. Dispute Resolution:

All disputes arising out of any transaction shall fall under the jurisdiction of Asansol courts only.
